DVD label making? - wedding dvd label templates

I make labels for my wedding DVD. I bought the tags, and I need suggestions for using software. I want to use one of our digital wedding photos, meet our label, if possible.

- Is there a free software on the net I can use? If so, could someone please add a link?

Are these programs easy to use? Can you explain in simple terms how to use the program to offer? I want our wedding photo on the label to print.

I believe that 100% stupid when it comes to software ... but I prefer the term "technological challenge.:) any help would be great.
